Job Description

The General Clerk II will provide general clerical duties, bookkeeping, or other administrative tasks, including analysis of data.  These tasks may often vary in type or sequence.  Classifies and indexes file material such as correspondence, reports, technical documents, etc in an established filing system containing a number of varied subject matter files.  Significant problems are referred to others.

The General Clerk II will be responsible for knowledge and familiarity of processes within the work environment.  Ability to select appropriate methods from a wide variety of procedures and guides and adapt to customer requests and provide products in in a timely manner.

Job Requirements

Security Clearance Requirement:

  • Must possess a current and active Secret clearance

Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, & Experience: 

  • Must have 3 years professional experience
  • Must possess the skills and ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing
  • High School diploma, vocational school degree or GED
  • Must demonstrate knowledge and ability to prioritize taskings and multi-task
  • Must demonstrate knowledge of, and ability to use Microsoft Office products
